Follow the following steps on your phone:

Option A

1. If you are on Prepay, dial *100# and on Post pay dial *200#
2. From the menu, select My Subscriptions, and press send.
3. Another pop-up menu will appear, select the active subscriptions option.
4. A list with all the Premium services you are subscribed to will be shown.
5. Then, you have an option to unsubscribe from each or all of them.

Option B

1. If you are on Prepay, dial *456*20# and wait for the pop-up menu.
2. You can view all your active subscriptions or unsubscribe from all.
3. Confirm your unsubscription, and you will receive a notification informing you have successfully unsubscribed.
